- •No refund after strategy implementation begins
Monthly Marketing Services
14 Days Window- •Pro-rated refund for unused portions of monthly service
- •Full refund if no campaigns launched within first 14 days
- •Partial refund based on service delivery milestones
Consultation Services
24 Hours Window- •Full refund if consultation is cancelled by us
- •Full refund if rescheduled more than 3 times by us
- •No refund for no-shows or client cancellations under 24 hours
