  • Pro-rated refund for unused portions of monthly service
  • Full refund if no campaigns launched within first 14 days
  • Partial refund based on service delivery milestones

Consultation Services

24 Hours Window
  • Full refund if consultation is cancelled by us
  • Full refund if rescheduled more than 3 times by us
  • No refund for no-shows or client cancellations under 24 hours
